Darin is a San Pedro local who loves a good workout. For going on 10 years now, she has been a consistent Kick’n-it-with-Kim student. Darin believes working out is as much for your mind as for your body, but there is no reason you can’t have a good time too! To that end she’s gone back to dance style fitness classes she taught years ago. Movements are simple and choreographed to great music. All students can modify movements to fit their individual fitness levels. The goal is to feel like you spent an hour dancing with your friends instead of exercising!
