Harbor Fitness
Harbor Fitness is a boutique fitness studio located on Whalers Walk, within the Cabrillo Marina of San Pedro, CA that offers workouts for every fitness level. We believe that kickboxing, strength training, and aerobic conditioning programs, along with a stretch and restore program create a perfect combination for a total body workout. Harbor Fitness promotes proper muscle tone, better circulation, strengthening of the pelvic stabilizing muscles, and over-all balance to create a stronger and healthier you! Our programs include all-levels of kickboxing, strength training, stretch, free-weight gym, cardio-dance, and an Infrared sauna. At Harbor Fitness, our health and fitness combinations help you build a toned and strong physique, aiming to help you reach your goals.

Infrared Suana Experience
We get it! Often, we want to try out a new exercise program before we invest in the necessary equipment. At Harbor Fitness, you can rent the items you need, and check out a class under our trial offer. Time to invest? Harbor Fitness sells gloves, hand wraps, and odor beaters for your convenience! We also sell a variety of nutritious drinks for that after-work-out boost! Check out our products and merch!
Our Infrared Sauna sessions include free towel service, a private room for 1 hour, and Essential Oil sprays of your choosing. Price for a single session is $40, or you can purchase a 10 pack for $350. A 10% discount on Infrared Sauna sessions are included for Auto-Pay members, First Responders, Active Military, Port workers, and San Pedro Chamber of Commerce members. Student discounts are available as well! Check it out!

We are located at 210 Whaler's Walk, Ste. 100 (Berth 31). You will find our studio located on the 1st floor with ample parking. There are several, free 2-hr parking lots available.
